W.J. "Will" Duensing – President

Mr. Duensing is responsible for CPT's Corn Dry Fractionation operations. Mr. Duensing brings unparalleled expertise in corn milling to build upon CPT's already strong position in pre-fractionation.

Mr. Duensing arrives from the Milling Division of Bunge North America where he was the Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Services. Previously, he was Eastern Region Sales Manager for Lauhoff Grain Company (a subsidiary of Bunge Corporation, now Bunge Milling). Prior to joining Bunge in 1979, he was Senior Research Engineer with Johns-Manville Corporation, working in the field of beverage filtration and stabilization.

Mr. Duensing earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. He is a member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (District Milwaukee), the American Association of Cereal Chemists (where he serves on the Exhibitors Advisory Committee), the Institute of Food Technologists, and the Snack Food Association (where he serves on the Corn Technology Committee). He also serves on the Mycotoxin, Biopharm, Regulatory and Allergen (as chair) Working Groups of the North American Millers’ Association Technical Committee, and he is the past chairman of the Technical Committee. Mr. Duensing co-authored the “Adjuncts” chapter in the Third Edition of The Practical Brewer, and he was the primary author of the “Corn Dry Milling: Processes, Products and Applications” chapter of the Second Edition of Corn: Chemistry and Technology. He also lectures at a number of university, industry and association sponsored courses and seminars on the subject of corn quality and corn dry milling.
